Thank you for considering Sugar Glow Dessert for your order! Im excited to help you with your custom dessert needs. Before we move forward, I’d like to share a few important details to ensure a smooth ordering process.
Due to the high demand for custom orders, especially for larger ones, I recommend placing your order at least 1-3 months in advance to guarantee availability. Last-minute orders may be accepted, but please note they will incur an additional fee. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, I may have sooner availability, so feel free to reach out early to discuss your needs!
Custom orders are subject to approval, and a 50% deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your items.
Lastly, please let me know if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs so I can accommodate them accordingly.
PAYMENTS/CANCELLATIONS

Final payment due 1 week before pickup

No cancellations or design changes within 7 days of order pickup

Cancellations more than 2 weeks from pickup date will receive 50% refund (minus specialty cutters purchased for the order)

No refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks from pickup date.
Customer will instead receive credit towards a future order (to be used within 6 months)
• Due to the nature of this product, there are no refunds or returns once product is made.
